Details: Require silver/nickel tone chain link fence (approximately * to *.* feet high, running from the alley gate to the main street in the back of the property, between our property and the adjacent neighboring property. Needed to provide safety from falling along-side neighbor's retaining wall. Haul away/removal of previously installed fence debris (now on the ground-old posts/poles/chain link fencing, etc.) is required. The approximate length of fencing needed is *** feet.
Also, require separate estimate for repairing and hardening (with reinforced barriers) the two front side, left and right corner posts of the fence, damaged in vehicular accidents. An approximate replacement of * Feet on the right side and * feet on the left of chain link fencing will be required. Completion of work for first estimate is needed within a week to ten days due to an insurance coverage requirement. Provide estimates with and without contractor obtained DC licensing to perform work.
